We're building a real-time electric fence monitoring solution that improves security, reduces maintenance, and helps teams protect wildlife, livestock, and land across conservation and agricultural applications.
We have already deployed the system in real-world environments and logged over 500 alerts, including critical events such as poaching attempts and escaping elephants.
The system is actively being used in the field and we're continuously working on ways to improve the devices and platform.
Our main goal is to scale adoption and expand impact across more regions.

We started Safora while living on a South African game reserve, developing anti-poaching tech and patrolling alongside the local rangers. Seeing hundreds of kilometers of electric fences being checked manually every day showed us how much time, fuel, and security was being wasted. That’s how we built and tested our very first smart fence monitoring devices.
