Our aim is to enable cheap additive manufacturing of metals and ceramics in space and sun-rich regions on earth. We are planning to build a additive manufacturing system using a parabolic mirror as energy source replacing the traditional laser. This reduces the weight and cost while increasing the efficiency of the process.
