Space for your meetings, events and more

The Student Project House is designed to host interactive events, meetings and courses. Our open space is great to foster creativity and spontaneous encounters. However, please be aware that we we can not reserve the whole space for an event. There should always be room for project teams to come and work. Therefore, we recommend you to find another room for confidential or loud discussions.

Meetings & Workshops

As a student team or organization linked to the Student Project House, there a two different rooms that you can book in HPZ.

Meeting room: It holds 2-6 persons, has chair, foldable tables, whiteboard and a phone.

Course room: It holds 10 – 40 persons, has chairs, foldable tables, whiteboards, a mobile TV-screen and different soft prototyping materials. Be aware that this room is a space separated from the rest of the floor only by a sliding door. Hence it is not suitable for confidential or wild discussions during regular opening hours.


Are you looking for a space for your networking event, hackathon or final presentations?

We welcome you as an ETH student, staff or researcher to plan your event in the Student Project House. We can also arrange for external organizers, although special rules apply. If you already know when your event will take place, how many participants are expected and which part of our space you would like to get access to, please take a few moments to register your interest to run an event with this form.

Please send us your request for a quotation in good time.

  • Room booking: 4 weeks before the event
  • Small Support from us: 5 weeks before the event
  • Big Support and Staff needed: 6 weeks before the event

Depending on the date and the event, in exceptional cases enquiries at shorter notice may be possible.
